in a new business and cultural district of Perm. The hotel complex is situated
near exhibition center "Permskaya Yarmarka".
The transfer from airport "Bolshoye Savino" to
the hotel takes 40 minutes, from railway station "Perm II" - less
than 30 minutes.

The hotel complex "Zhemchuzhina" met first guests in November
2007.
In case to provide safeness, the halls are equiped with video surveillance,
all hotel rooms have electronic keys, there is a restricted access in the floors.

The comfortable and spacious rooms will leave the most pleasant impressions

ventilation, air conditioning, in the bathroom: heated floor, a bath with a

special attention to the maintenance of high-level standards of servicing,
as well as to the organization of work and rest combination for the guests.
