Krasnov Tourist Agency - Perm, Russia. Opening up the Urals...

Great Ring
of the Urals

Unique tour

Cross country skiing

Russia is famous for its harsh winters and masses of snow, and the Ural Mountains are no exeption. The only way to go off the beaten path in winter is by stepping on skis. As the Urals are the oldest mountains in the world, its steep slopes and high peaks have turned into frienly hills over millions of years - a perfect environment for cross country skiing.

4-day tour "Tour Base Ustj-Koiva"

(Optional programme 10 days with Moscow included)

This tour base (also see: river tours) was built to be as close to the nature discovery action as possible, something that the small, bad and rocky road to that leads to the remote tour base confirms! Ustj-Koiva is situated on the banks of the river Koiva, exactly at the place where it flows into the larger Chusovaya river.
